If you see that the documentation attached and information is provided is not enough to do the evaluation, or that something is not clear in the questions asked, then click the button "Request supplementation" and write what is missing/unclear. The evaluation will be sent to the claims handler and you cannot do anything with it. It will be displayed in the box "Awaiting supplementation".
When you request a supplementation you register the time spent so far. If the claims handler does not answer the supplementation request within six months, then the assessment is automatically signed, an invoice is sent to the customer and information is registered that compensation shall be paid to you for the time spent. Note that if you are are not contracted by Mavera, there is no automatic invoicing.
The evaluation is now moved from your Inbox to the "Awaiting supplementation" box in the left side menu but you cannot edit.
The claims handler receives a notification e-mail.
You will receive a notification e-mail when the claims handler has answered your request and the evaluation is then displayed in your inbox and the status has changed to "Complement answered". You will see the reply from the claims handler and in the section "Assessment basis", you will see if new files have been added. If the answer from the claims handler is not sufficient, then request a supplementation again.
